  • Booking Requirements

    All bookings must be made through our website or the TrackMan app.

    After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your door code and access instructions.

    Bookings are first-come, first-served and subject to availability.

  • Neighborhood Bunker is located at 5879 Hollister Ave. Goleta inside Hollister Barbershop.

    We are a private, single-bay simulator located in the center of the barber shop.

    Parking options:

    • Street parking is available in front of Hollister Barber Shop
    • Public parking is available at the City of Goleta Public Parking Lot behind Yummy Thai 147 Orange Ave, Goleta, CA 93117

    Please arrive a few minutes early so you can enjoy your full session.

  • We understand plans can change.

    Less than 4 hours before your booking
    Bookings are non-refundable.

    No-shows
    Reservations not used without notice are non-refundable.

  • Guests are welcome to join your session.

    The person who books the session is responsible for their group and for ensuring everyone understands and follows the studio guidelines.

    For safety, only the person hitting should be near the hitting area during swings.

  • To keep the space enjoyable for everyone:

    • Please respect the equipment and the space
    • Only the person hitting should be near the hitting area
    • Return balls and clubs to their place when finished
    • Please throw away trash and leave the space clean.

    Neighborhood Bunker is regularly cleaned, but unstaffed throughout the day. We ask all guests to help keep the studio clean and ready for the next player.

    Any misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

  • Please make sure you take all personal belongings with you.
